Previously, its digital platforms team evaluated new feature ideas using a fragmented and slow process that relied on in-person meetings and scattered notes that were difficult to track.

To optimize its approach, Kärcher deployed a virtual team of agents created in Studio. Now, when a new feature idea is proposed in Chat, a brainstorming Gem evaluates its merit, a technical Gem performs a feasibility check, a UX Gem outlines a potential user flow, and a final Gem drafts a complete user story for the team to review, based on the results of the previous steps. This has reduced drafting time by 90%, turning hours of manual consolidation into a review-ready plan in just two minutes.
